Color Notes uses Pat Steir: Color Wheel as an opportunity to explore color theory, history, and connections throughout the Hirshhorn. This edition focuses on blue, starting with the immersive paintings by Pat Steir and moving to other Hirshhorn works with a strong use of blue. Visitors are encouraged to get into the spirit by wearing the color of note!
