A group of small children and adults are gathered together on a smooth stone floor.

For kids (and adults!) of all ages

Bring your most creative self and meet us on the third level of the museum for a morning filled with performance and celebration. Participate in a workshop with local artist Nicoletta de la Brown. Join our friends from DC Public Library to celebrate books and reading. Create a bold accessory, dance in a performance art parade, and make your own crown to take home!

Each month, we’ll introduce you to new activities and ideas, focused on this year’s theme of Breaking Boundaries. Drop in and explore the Museum through engaging interactives, kids tours, and more. Activities take place throughout the Museum and Sculpture Garden.
