Calder’s Universe

This exhibition featured more than 125 Alexander Calder (1898-1976) works: mobiles, stabiles, and other sculpture; paintings and drawings; and gouaches, tapestries, toys, and jewelry. This was a traveling version of the 1976 retrospective from the Whitney Museum of Art, New York.
