Art Cart: Marvelous Mosaics

Brighten your day at this week’s Art Cart! Young artists will look closely at Monir Shahroudy Farmanfarmaian’s mirror mosaics, explore geometric shapes, and create their own glittering mosaic. 

Find the Art Cart on the Third Level and pick up your mosaic-making materials.

Do this at home! Imagine you are inside a glittering diamond and design your own mirror mosaic. All you need is your imagination, tinfoil, colored paper, scissors, and glue. Instructions here.
