To thank Hirshhorn Insider members for supporting our art-for-all mission, we’re throwing after-hours parties with help from our friends at Bluejacket Brewery and Dolcezza.

Not a member? Join today and support the Hirshhorn’s art-for-all mission while coming closer to the art, artists, and ideas of our time with member previews, artist talks, and get-togethers.

GIACOMETTI AND GELATO

Join us for an evening of mini tours in Revolutions: Art in the Hirshhorn Collection, 1860–1960 and make your own take-home: a sculpture in the spirit of artist Alberto Giacometti. Second floor galleries will be open between 6-8 pm; our lobby and plaza will be open between 6-9 pm. Bluejacket Brewery will be pouring beers made in southwest DC until their kegs are tapped. Dolcezza will be scooping gelato –your first cup is free– and selling cold drinks, beer, and wine all night.

Museum docents will lead guided mini tours in Revolutions. Drop by for one or both:

6:30–7:00 pm | Focus on Alberto Giacometti: Long, Lean Lines

7:00–7:15 pm | Focus on Flora Yukhnovich: What’s the Deal with Doja Cat?

Unable to join us? Mark your calendars. The final summer late-night for Hirshhorn Insider members will take place, Thursday, Aug. 22, 6-9 pm.

Membership brings other perks too like discounted tickets for the Hirshhorn Ball on Sept. 21 featuring OSGEMEOS.
